This firm was established in 1982 when Mr. Patterson withdrew from 12 years of association with the plaintiff's practice of Louis G. Davidson & Associates, Ltd. We began and remain a small firm devoted to high quality, personally handled civil litigation on behalf of injured people. Our case load is deliberately restricted to allow personal attention of the attorneys to each file, adequate time for thorough preparation and the freedom to pursue novel claims of broad public interest such as the Laurie Dann case, first filed by this office, Red Cross distribution of HIV/Aids contaminated blood, and Air Carrier Defibrillation Cases.
